After you schedule your first set of appointments, we will send an email for you to fill out the appropriate paperwork for your new patient appointment. Completing this on a computer, phone, or tablet prior to your appointment allows the doctors to review the information thoroughly so your consultation and exam is as detailed as possible.

When you arrive at the office, a member of our team will greet you and will go over your paperwork with you. If you are unable to fill out the paperwork prior to your appointment we ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time in order for the doctors to review the information in greater detail. Next, we’ll take you on a brief tour of our office to help familiarize you with where things are and what we do.

Your first visit will last 45-minutes and consist of two parts: a detailed consultation, and an exam using state of the art Insight technology.

During the consultation, we will discuss your health history, challenges, questions, and goals for you or your family.

Once we have a better understanding of you or your child we will perform a physical exam beginning with Insight technology. The focus of the exam is to evaluate how the nervous system is functioning and assess where the main areas of stress and interference are within the body.

On your second visit, also called your Report of Findings, we will sit down and discuss your most important questions:

  • What did we find?

  • How severe is it?

  • What is my suggested care plan?

  • How much will my care cost?

Either Dr. Lauren or Dr. Weston will explain your scan results in detail as well as any additional findings from the exam. We will explain your personalized care recommendations and set a schedule for future Insight scans to continue to monitor your progress through care. After this is discussed you will receive your first adjustment.

On a typical visit, a member of our team will greet you at the front desk to check you in. You can take a seat in our waiting areas and your kids can play in our kids area until one of the doctors will take you to an adjusting table for your adjustment.

Allow 5-10 minutes for a regular visit.
